Theodore-Dawes Fire rescues man injured in tree – WKRG News 5

Theodore, Alabama (WKRG) — A man who was forced to be rescued after being injured while cutting a tree is recovering. Theodore-Dawes Fire Department posted these images to Facebook on Saturday.They say they received a call shortly after 2pm on Saturday to help a man injured in a tree felling accident.
The victim was also stuck 55 feet in the air and had to be rescued. The post said the man was taken by ambulance for treatment after he was safely on the ground. The post does not indicate how serious the injury was or what his current condition is. The fire department used a ladder truck to approach the man and lower him to the ground.
