St. Clair County Court Denies Spanebello’s Bond: Court Documents

st. Clare County, Alabama (WKRGMore) — Marcus Spabello was denied bail in St. Clair County Court on Tuesday, Oct. 25.

Marcus Spabello is Kathy Carli’s ex-boyfriend, a woman who went missing after meeting Spabello and handing over her child. Carly’s body will be found A week later, in a shallow grave in a barn in Alabama.

Spanevero is Arrested after being found in Tennessee with the couple’s daughter. His charges included tampering with evidence, giving false information about a missing persons investigation, and destroying evidence. On April 18, 2022, Spanebello was returned to Santa Rosa County.

An Alabama coroner ruled that Carli’s cause of death and cause of death were “undetermined,” and Spabello’s charges facing him in Florida were dropped. But Spabello was still indicted in AlabamaHe was therefore transferred to St. Clair County, Alabama to face off against them.

Spabello was charged with corpse abuse in connection with Carli’s disappearance and death. In court papers dated October 25, a judge found Spabello a flight risk and denied him bail. A preliminary hearing date has been set for him on December 4, 2022.
