Scottish cloud tech developer receives £5m in backing

Native cloud platform specialist Forrit expands operations after receiving scale-up support from Scottish National Investment Bank.

The £5m funding will allow the Edinburgh-based tech developer to expand its workforce and target new markets.

Founded in 2014, Forrit is a developer of cloud-based content management system (CMS) software. Its cutting-edge platform is world-renowned for improving customer experience, ensuring a high level of online security, and enabling enterprise clients to more efficiently manage their cloud-based web properties. used by companies.

The bank’s backing will create 15 new skilled jobs to support Forrit’s expansion. The company will also strengthen its relationship with Microsoft as a “preferred solution” and trusted Microsoft partner.
