Optional masks at Baldwin County schools starting Monday, except for school buses

Baldwin County, Alabama (WKRG) — Baldwin County School Editor Iller announced that starting Monday, September 27, Sunday masks will be an option on school campuses and offices. However, you will still need a mask on the school bus.

Disposable masks will continue to be available on school buses and all campus and office locations. The school district continues with disinfection procedures and public reports, stating that it is ready to return to the required masks if the number of COVID-19 increases within the school or community.

“Parents, thank you for your support and cooperation in this matter. 90% of our parents were incredibly supportive, and I am very grateful for it! The goal remains the same: to keep you and our employees safe while the school is open and running, “Tyler said in an email sent to his parents.
