Mobile, Alabama (WKRGMore) — One person suffered “life-threatening” injuries and was taken to hospital with severe burns in a fire early Thursday morning, the Mobile Police Department said.
Police said they were summoned to the 900 block of Dauphin Street for a “medical emergency” around 2:32 am on Thursday, March 16.
When they arrived, the mobile fire brigade said there was a fire across the street. Through an investigation, officers learned that a 42-year-old man had been sleeping in the fire area.
This is still under investigation.
