The Post said a man called a resident who claimed to be “Lieutenant Dan Grade” of the OCSO. He told the resident that an arrest warrant was out for failing to appear for jury duty. said they were not informed they had jury duty. That’s why they didn’t go.

The fraudster said the resident was fined two times. He said I needed to pay using my Money Pak card and I needed to meet him at the sheriff’s office to hand over the money. The resident thought this was strange and contacted the department.
