It can even cure shadows in a few hours. UVCLX is innovative compared to traditional UV curable coatings, which can take several weeks at a time to fully cure, but some shadow areas remain uncured. UVCLX significantly improves manufacturing time and offers even higher levels of performance, including resistance to cracks during thermal shock cycles.

A new bio-based polyurethane resin, the UR5645 is a durable two-part encapsulation system developed to protect electrical components in harsh environments. It features 63.33% excellent bio-content. It also has a very low water absorption rate and can be continuously immersed in hot and deep water, making it ideal for a wide range of applications, including automobiles and ships. UR5645 is a very versatile resin with an operating temperature range of -50 to +150.o oC, (160o oC) for a short 30-minute excursion, depending on the application and shape. UR5645 is a low viscosity resin that helps with faster and more efficient potting processes. It also has excellent chemical resistance to acids, alkalis and fuels, making it ideal for the harshest conditions such as automotive applications.
