Jury to be elected in murder trial of man charged with murder of footballer Radarius Clardi

“He was a great person. A great kid with a great personality.” Ladarius Clady’s father, Ladaron Clady, said of him:. Clardy just graduated from Pine Forest High School in 2020, and he was the school’s all-time top finisher.
“A lot of people focus on the sporting side, but Radarius always held the A/B honors record.
After high school, Clady left her Pensacola home and moved to Kennesaw State University, where she majored in cybersecurity to continue her athletic and academic journey.
Clardy returned to Pensacola in the summer of 2021 while on vacation. Shortly after midnight on July 1, 2021, Clardy and another man were sitting in Clardy’s car. The car was hit with 50 bullets before crashing into a ravine on Fairfield Drive. Mr Clardy will be pronounced dead.
Escambia County Sheriff’s Office Investigator He got the job, seized the car within three weeks, and interviewed three people about the incident. Investigators worked hard to solve the case. They won’t indict anyone for the Clady murder until September 2021.
At a press conference on Sept. 1, ECSO Sheriff Chip Simmons announced the arrest of two men, Da Quavion Snowden Jr. and Amos Snowden Jr. Another suspect, Cobie Jenkins Jr., was not arrested, but was. Murder and attempted murder deserve his arrest. Jenkins was subsequently arrested on October 16.
On October 22, 2021, Timothy Knight Jr. and Terrell Parker Jr. were also arrested In connection with the Clardy murder. Both were charged with major first-degree murder, conspiracy to murder, and one count of attempted murder. all five were indicted First-degree premeditated murder on October 28, 2021.
It will be nearly a year and a half before any action is taken on this lawsuit. February 23, 2023, Charges against three of the men were dropped. Charges against Cobie Jenkins Jr., Timothy Knight and Terrell Parker were dismissed after Noll Prosequi was filed.
“Following a comprehensive investigation by the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, a justifiable arrest was made on probable cause,” the state attorney’s office said in a statement. “The legal standard by which the state attorney’s office prosecutes a crime requires a higher standard of evidence that precludes it beyond reasonable doubt. Currently, the evidence does not meet that standard. State The Attorney’s Office and the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office will continue to diligently investigate and gather information about this case, and when there is sufficient evidence, charges against Knight and Parker will be reopened.”
Da Quavion Snowden’s trial is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 17, 2023. However, there are still some open issues that need to be resolved. On Thursday, July 13th, Posted on Facebook by the Florida First Judicial Circuit Attorney’s Office Seeking public assistance. The post said they were looking for Jitira Terrell, an alleged witness to the murder.
