The main specifications of the Huawei Nova 8 SE smartphone appeared on the Internet even before the phone became official. Towards the end of 2020, Huawei has unwrapped the Nova 8 series smartphones. For those who don’t know, Kirin SoC is Huawei’s custom SoC. In addition, some of the company’s devices pack the aforementioned chipsets inside.

The Nova 8 SE 4G is reported to draw power from the powerful Kirin 710A SoC announced in 2018. This older chipset is supported with 8GB of RAM. In addition, the handset may provide 128GB of decent onboard storage capacity. Apart from that, the phone can get its juice from a robust 3,800mAh battery that supports high-speed 66W charging.

According to previous reports, the Nova 8 SE 4G has a USB Type-C port for charging. On the downside, it doesn’t come with wireless charging support. In addition, the phone is out of the box and runs company-specific Harmony OS 2. When it comes to photography, the phone houses four rear-mounted cameras. These include a 64MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera that offers an f / 2.2 aperture. There are also two 2MP cameras for macro shots and depth shots.
