20-time convicted Pensacola felon allegedly found with 105 grams of fentanyl, gun: Escambia sheriff

Escambia County, Florida (WKRGMore) — A 20-time Pensacola felon is in prison after being found with 105 grams of fentanyl, a fentanyl pill press and a gun.

Marcus Flint Roy, 32, has two counts of aggravated battery against law enforcement officers, two counts of possession of firearms by a convicted felon, trafficking of fentanyl, possession of cocaine for distribution, and allocation was prosecuted for attaching unclaimed tags.

ESCO said members of the Narcotics Squad, along with the Florida Highway Patrol, tried to stop Flint Roy at a racetrack at 701 West Nine Mile Road. Deputies said Flint Roy had parked at the pump and had met with an unidentified black man who had also parked at the pump. Deputies said an unidentified man got into Flint Roy’s car and neither tried to pump gas, his FHP vehicle marked and several of his ECSO vehicles unmarked from different directions. approached.

Inside Flint Roy’s vehicle, agents said they found a loaded, chambered AR pistol with a 30-round magazine and an additional 30-round magazine. Deputies said they also found a Glock pistol with two extended magazines, 105 grams of fentanyl, a fentanyl press, and a dose of crack cocaine.

Flint Roy was held in Escambia County Jail without bail. ECSO said it was an ongoing investigation.
